First, loosen (do not loosen) the M10 screw on the knife seat, Then adjust the transverse adjustment screw to correct the cutter block's movement until the ideal adjustment stops, and finally tighten the M10 screw. Adjustment of cutterhead must be carried out without heating.

The adjustment of cutter generally adopts the method of copper pad. The adjustment criterion is to just block the paper film and the meshing sound is not good. If how conditioning can not be adjusted, it is necessary to replace the cutter. When adjusting the cutter, make sure that it is heated (about 120 ° C).

2) adjustment of concave convex orientation of end sealing tool rest

For packages with different heights, the concave convex of the end sealing tool holder should be adjusted to make the height of the engagement center of the end sealing cutter consistent with the center of the packaged product, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The adjustment method is: first, loose the four screws of the side plate, then adjust the lifting and adjusting bolts (the center bolts), so that the upper and lower ends of the sealing cutter are at the height of 1 / 2 from the operation plane, and the height of the packaging is adjusted, and the four screws must be fastened loosely before it can be switched on.

3) adjustment of end sealing speed for different length of packaging, the end sealing speed should be adjusted accordingly. The adjustment criterion is that the linear speed of the end sealing knife should be the same as that of the packaging film, that is, the cutter should not accumulate paper or pull paper when cutting paper. If the paper is accumulated, that is, the knife speed is slow, adjust the "end sealing speed adjustment hand wheel" in the fast direction, and adjust the "end sealing speed adjustment hand wheel" in the slow direction until the synchronous stop.

Due to the different cutting position of the cutting machine, there is a synchronous relationship between the feed end and the sealing end of the cutter. Adjust the synchronous relationship between feed push finger and end sealing cutter, and the adjustment process is as follows:

(1) take 3-5 packages and put them into the pushing fingers of the feeding organization, start the machine, and stop the machine when the packing materials are sent to the place 100 mm before the end seal.

(2) visually judge whether the end seal orientation is in the center of the two packages, and remember the direction and amount of shift.

(3) take out the package and then adjust the position of the finger through the "push the finger to adjust the handwheel".

(4) repeat the process 1-3 until the package is located in the center of the two end seals.
